Watch to see if you should be using the new IRS Form 1099-NEC for the 2020 tax year to report payments you made to subcontractors. If you used the Form 1099-Misc in the past to report Box 7: Non-Employee Compensation, then this probably applies to you. Remember - the 1099 due date is Feb 1, 2021.
